Three Sessions for Success


Session One - The Priming Session

In the first session we'll look at the reasons why you smoke, what have tired before, if you've had any success and how long you've smoked etc. 

We'll also look at 'Secondary Gain' - there are often other reasons why people carry on smoking, even if they are keen to quit. A simple example is that many people get smoking breaks at work, and if they didn't smoke they would lose these breaks. This can be enough for our subconscious mind decide that it's better that we keep smoking, so that we continue to gain this benefit. 

I'll help you find these, sometimes hidden gains, and see if there is something, that perhaps you've not thought of that's standing in the way of your success. 

I will also give you a series of behavioural changes that you'll work on in between this session and the next that will prime you for quitting for good. 

Session Two - Quitting for Good 

This session will be the main working session and usually takes place a week after the first session.

It will include hypnotherapy where I'll work with your powerful subconscious mind to engage that power to support you in the quitting process. 

I will also use Parts Therapy, this is a type of therapy where I work with the part of you that doesn't want to quit and the part of you that knows it's the right thing to do, and I ensure I get an agreement between the two so you can move forward as a non-smoker. 

Session Three - The Booster Session 

This session can be taken at any point after session two. Many times people feel that they do not need this session as they feel strongly they are a non-smoker. However, having the option of this session is great for people who feel they may need a boost at a later date.
